Sarah’s clients trust her thorough knowledge of their case and ability to quickly adapt her approach to best advocate for their interests. She excels at communicating complex information, diffusing stressful situations and making clients feel comfortable and reassured throughout the often-lengthy process of a personal injury claim.
Her practice focuses on slip/trip and falls and medical malpractice cases. She is experienced in drafting legal documents including statements of claim, motion records, mediation briefs, pre-trial briefs, factums and other legal submissions; attending examinations for discovery; meeting with clients on a regular basis; and appearing before the Civil Division of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Sarah has volunteered with access to justice groups such as Law Help Ontario (part of Pro Bono Ontario).
