Archna is a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal with extensive experience assisting clients through the complexities of personal injury claims. A graduate of Sheridan College, Archna earned her Paralegal diploma and became licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in 2018.
Prior to joining Bergmanis Preyra, Archna gained valuable experience working with various personal injury law firms, where she developed a strong understanding of the legal processes involved in advocating for injured individuals.
Archna brings extensive knowledge and experience in matters governed by the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS). She is committed to providing attentive, client-focused legal services and advocating for her clients’ rights and interests throughout the claims process. With a compassionate and diligent approach, Archna strives to help clients access the medical treatment and support they need while pursuing the maximum compensation available to them under the law.
Outside the office, Archna enjoys travelling, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring the outdoors through hiking.
